Thanksgiving Feast To Go 2026 in Honolulu & Ko Olina

Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26 this year, and if the thought of roasting a turkey from scratch already has you tired, we have good news: our kitchen will do it for you.
Our Thanksgiving Feast To Go is a complete holiday dinner — fully cooked, packed in separate containers, and ready to reheat at home. Pick it up the day before in Waikiki or Ko Olina, keep it in the fridge overnight, and spend Thanksgiving Day where you should: at the table, not at the stove.
What’s in the Feast
The menu comes from Chef Kazuhiro Sakamoto, who leads the kitchen at our Ko Olina Villa. Trained in French cuisine and seasoned in Japan’s top hotel kitchens, he builds a classic Thanksgiving spread with a few touches you won’t find anywhere else on the island.
Each Family Feast is $160 + tax and serves 2–3 people, and includes:
- Herb & garlic roasted half turkey
- Roast beef salad
- Garlic mashed potatoes
- Glazed carrots
- Sautéed string beans and mushrooms
- Sausage stuffing
- Four sauces: gravy, cranberry, green ginger, and Chef Sakamoto’s Japonais sauce with yuzu kosho
- Half pumpkin cheesecake
The yuzu kosho sauce is the one people tend to remember — a bright, gently spicy Japanese citrus pepper that goes surprisingly well with turkey. Hosting a bigger gathering? Just order more than one set.
